What’s up, Maine Grains?  Just ate at Blue Hill Stone Barns last week, and they’re doing the coolest stuff in their bakery with the flours and wheat berries from Maine Grains: malting them, sprouting them, grinding them and otherwise inspiring us all.  Grains are produce too.
